The Customer ID is a unique identification number, which can be found on several documents (invoices for purchase agreements, packing slips from shipments, invoices from the webstore).
The formatting is “GB######”
If you are a Sales Rep - your ID# is unique, and you can contact the Finance Team or customer care for it.

Please have your identification ready for the customer care agent (serial numbers, registrant information such as owner’s first name and last name, business name and address, office phone and email, etc).
